A perspective towards our powerful being

There are moments in our life when the feeling of satisfaction throws light on the purpose of our being. When one finishes something by themselves and gives a new life to the work which existed once in their thoughts and dreams, no matter how small the creation is, the entire journey of their creative process is culminating in a feeling, the closest description to which could be “I feel like I am in the air, light as a feather.” The course of life becomes a little clearer after that.
This “creative process” is a mystery because it is different for everyone. We say that everyone is different because of everyone’s different circumstances in their timeline which molded them over the years. But, everyone is the same on the atomic level. Based on this observation, some experiences or triggers could ignite one’s creative process that essentially gives an essence of our potentially limitless thinking and shows the power of our being.
This writing is an attempt to understand these pillars of intrinsic forces of creativity that lay down the path for understanding the self.
1. The Seeking

It all starts here. Human beings are like maps seen from the bird’s eye view. There are national highways, state highways, district roads, streets, and rural pathways. The physical body is the paper. Experience and attitude are cartographers. Your self is the final map.
The seeking is the first pillar for the creative process. This seeking is not looking outside but taking a walk within yourself. A calm relaxed walk on your map. But what am I looking for?
Authenticity, to be precise.
When I am walking on my map, I am looking for my genuine self. There is always a part of you that knows who you are. Finding it, seeing it and coming to terms with it without any apologies is the true process of seeking yourself. Exploration of the roads on your map, well-defined or not, and to reject the ones that aren’t leading to the destination is a crucial part of the journey. Start from where you are, trace yourself back in time, collect what you have done, and move forward.
I tell you to walk, alone or with someone. I tell you to walk, alone or with someone. I refuse to stand still. I will walk.
2. T’is time to observe

While walking on the map of your self. Walk to observe, not to solely reach your destination. Your map may define you but your destination will depend on the other souls around. To observe is to look carefully and develop a story on the subject with a moral at the end. Take a look around. The description of my outer existence is marked by the part I play in life with others. The description of myself is defined by me. Through careful observation of the other souls around me and taking them along through my journey, I can bridge the gap between these two descriptions and be described by myself and by others, with authenticity. Observe, not look. Observe, not discriminate. Become one with everything and proceed with passion.
3. Passion is what I feel…

A heart that burns with fireI feel very powerful emotions for ______. It is your task to fill in the last word in the previous sentence. You are “passionate” when you are ready to do anything, I repeat anything to achieve the word that you are going to write in the above sentence. That word could be your destination. Can you forget to eat and sleep for something? Yes? Well, that is it.
Passion is like a wild bull running amok. It is energetic, ecstatic, mighty and influential. “Reason” is what holds its reigns. Be passionate but be reasonable too. The destination will be reached when one balances passion and reason.
(Passion + Reasoning) is the most influential pillar in your creative process.
4. Knowledge is power

Knowledge nurtures youLearn about yourself and the world. Materialize your destination by gaining all the knowledge that you can. I can do anything. When I learn I live, when I don’t, I exist. Let knowledge be the identity of the map of your self.
Knowledge can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be found. It is the second most important pillar in realizing the intrinsic creative process. Knowledge is the fuel to the fire of passion. Learn to move forward, inspire yourself and know that the body is capable of doing anything if the knowledge is right. For the right knowledge to receive, one needs the right transmitter.
A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning. Find yourself a teacher. You can learn yourself, a good teacher can evaluate that. You need to make mistakes, fall, and be given a method to stand up again.
5. Practice and create and create again and create again…

Create to live Give birth to it in this world. A form and structure to your creative process in this visual world. Welcome your child to the world it will see, to the lives it will touch, stimulate, and inspire. Work on it using the force of knowledge and passion. Believe in it and bring it out. Practice your process, create, reject, practice again, create again, reject again, practice again, create again, finish it.
Come out and play.
Be grateful for what you can do. You have the power to do anything. It is a boon and a curse. Don’t be greedy when it comes to creativity and never question your creations.
Take care. Be safe.
